We present the LifeWatch ambassadors. These people support the work of the foundation and describe here the commitment.
Albert Bonnier
– I would like to support Niclas with my ambassadorship. LifeWatch has a goal that is close to my heart. Without the commitment that springs from the strong-willed, focused and responsible parents the children who LifeWatch focus on has less chances to succeed in our high-performance society. One such comitted person is Niclas and therefore LifeWatch is a credible and positive force for a very good cause.

There is much passion in LifeWatch
– In LifeWatch it’s also a strong desire to do good, and to do good in a sensible way. Here there’s no personal gain, there’s no hidden agenda, just big hearts and well-functioning brains. I know the founder Niclas Öberg as a driven entrepreneur. He acts. When his father passed away from cancer, and his son was born with autism, he decided to make a difference.
In order to help fund and pay attention to research in just two areas he had personal experience of cancer and autism, he founded the LifeWatch Foundation, donated his own start up capital, as well as arranged a gala show to collect more funds.
Niclas has a part of his soul into the music scene, he composes most excellent ballads, sing them a tad worse, but he got some artist friends to set up a recording session where the entire proceeds goes to the foundation. Jessica Andersson, Christer Sjögren, Jan Johansen, Lizette Pålsson, to name a few.
We are many who like Niclas and his struggle for the research. Many of us in one way or another contribute with what we can. I myself was master of ceremonies at the first big concert hosted for LifeWatch in 2010, obviously without compensation. I am in no way appointed, but still feel as an ambassador for LifeWatch.
The need for research is huge, there is progress all the time, good research should be rewarded, but public funding is not enough. All this we know. Therefore, there is every reason to applaud the actions of people who Niclas Öberg.

Björn Björnsson
– Niclas has admirably shown how a person can get involved and others for an important cause – to support qualifying charity. A commitment in LifeWatch feels natural to me.

Janne Schaffer
– Today a fairly large number of children is born with disabilities who are neither seen nor heard. One of these is autism, a lifelong burden for the victim and their family environment.
Therefore it is of utmost importance that all researchers tackling this problem gets maximum support, which LifeWatch is committed to.
The foundation is extremely serious, and I have helped with musical support and hope that everyone understands the importance of supporting this foundation.
